In plain words, because it's short.
One invite. It's counted the day you create it, no matter how many people you send it to or how many reply.
You can't create a new invite until you upgrade or your year rolls over. Every invite you already sent keeps working — guests can still RSVP and chat. We never break a link that's already out there.
A year from the day you subscribe, not on January 1st. Sign up in November and you get through November.
No. Guests never pay and never see a price. Hosting is the only thing that costs money.
No — an event counts once it's created. Otherwise the limit would mean nothing.
Your old invites stay readable, so your guests keep the details they were sent. You just can't create new ones until you're back on a plan.
No card while we're in beta. Make an invite, send it, see what it feels like when the yeses come in.
