Write to support@rsvpella.com and a real person will read it. If it is about a particular invite, include the invite code — it is the six characters at the bottom of every invite, and it lets us find the right one straight away.
For guests
I lost the link
Go to rsvpella.com and enter the invite code, or ask whoever invited you to send the link again. There is nothing to sign into.
I need to change my answer
Open the invite on the same device and phone you replied on and press Change. Your answer is remembered on that device, so a different phone will not show it.
It is asking for my name again
That happens if you opened the invite in a different browser, cleared your browsing data, or used a private window. Just answer again — the host will see one entry, not two, as long as you use the same name.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. There is no login and nothing to download. Tap the link, type a name, done.
For hosts
Nobody can open my invite
Check you sent the whole link. If you shared a code instead, they enter it at rsvpella.com. Invites are public to anyone with the link — that is deliberate, so guests do not have to sign in.
I want to know when someone replies
On your invite's manage page there is Notify me of new RSVPs. On an iPhone you have to add RSVP Ella to your home screen first — tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, then open it from there. That is Apple's rule for notifications on the web, not ours.
My photo is cut off
In the invite editor, under the cover photo, drag the picture to reposition it and use the zoom slider. What you see in that frame is roughly what a guest sees on a phone.
The words are hard to read on my photo
Same place — choose Box behind text instead of Darken photo. The words sit on a solid block and the photo stays bright around it.
Can I get the guest list out?
Yes. The manage page has a download that gives you everything — names, answers, plus-ones, what people are bringing — as a spreadsheet.
Plans and billing
How do I cancel?
Log in and go to Billing — on a phone, tap your plan at the top of your invites — then Manage billing, then Cancel. Your invites stay up for guests either way.
Can't log in? Open Stripe's billing page, enter the email you signed up with, and Stripe sends you a code. You can cancel from there without an RSVP Ella password.
When does the free trial charge me?
When the 7 days end, unless you have cancelled by then — cancel during the trial and you are never charged. There is one free trial per account.
Can I get a refund?
Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for. That period isn't refunded.
Receipts and changing my card
Both are in the same place: Billing, then Manage billing, or Stripe's billing page if you can't log in. You can switch between monthly and yearly there too.
